A responsive and responsible lawyer, Lisa enjoys the role of being both a business partner and advisor to her clients. As general counsel to many of her clients, Lisa serves, not just as lawyer, but also as a strategic advisor. She regularly counsels business owners on a wide variety of business matters, helping them to understand the impact of the business decisions they are making. For over 25 years, Lisa has been working with business owners advising them on issues such as:

Lisa has extensive experience in assisting clients evaluate the prospect of either acquiring or selling a business. She has been involved in all aspects of numerous transactions including due diligence investigations and the negotiation, preparation and review of acquisition and operational documents. From this experience Lisa can take the various puzzle pieces of a transaction, put them into words that a client can understand and eliminate gaps that may affect the outcome of a transaction. Helping her clients find a successful beginning or end to what they created, capturing the value of their business, and then transitioning into the next phase of their life is where Lisa finds the passion for what she does as a lawyer and business advisor.
