Tax Law is complicated and an area where you will need the advice and guidance from an experienced tax attorney who understands both the business side and the unique estate planning issues. Bill has been practicing business and tax law since 1978, when he started his career as a Cincinnati lawyer. He has extensive experience in business consultation, business and personal tax planning, estate planning and administration of estates.
A lifetime resident of Cincinnati, Bill attended St. Xavier High School, received his Bachelor's degree from Xavier University and his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was on Law Review and was selected to the Order of the Coif.
Early in Bill's career, he gravitated to tax law and working with business owners. Eventually, his tax law work evolved into estate planning. To further develop this skill, Bill received his Master's in Law in Taxation from New York University. Building this "expertise" in tax and business law has been the key to Bill's success of his clients.
Because estate planning, businesses and tax law can be complex matters, you will benefit from having a reliable and knowledgeable attorney, like Bill, who will help make the entire process as simple as possible.
Bill has been involved in many community services projects and is a long-time Board Member of St. Margaret Hall. Bill and his wife, Janie, have five children and eight grandchildren. Bill enjoys tennis, exercising, watching Xavier basketball and Ohio State football.
Board Work:
