Megan is an associate attorney at SSP Law working in the Estate Planning and Corporate Transactional practice areas.
She has significant experience in estate planning, especially for post-divorce clients. She also has experience serving clients with more complicated or unique estate plans, such as those requiring special needs trusts. Beyond estate planning, Megan has substantial experience practicing in family law, where she served clients in complex litigation matters involving intricate property division, child custody, and support. As a highly rated attorney, Megan’s clients rely on her for her creative, sensible solutions to their issues, which help them achieve their desired results. As part of her family law practice, Megan has served several sophisticated clients with significant business and real estate portfolios, which has helped shape her practice at SSP Law today.
Megan earned her bachelor’s degree at Marshall University. She later attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she served two years on the University of Cincinnati Law Review, three years on the Student Bar Association, and graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2016. She has been licensed in Ohio since November 2016. Additionally, she served as a Certified Tourism Ambassador through the City of Cincinnati from 2018-2020.
Megan is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She lives in Cincinnati and enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her friends, family, and her pets in her free time.
