Pat works with many local entrepreneurs and business owners, helping them establish, grow and protect their businesses. Pat is a trusted advisor to numerous business owners (from start-ups to established privately held companies) for their general counseling needs and is proud to work alongside his clients as their startups grow into successful businesses.
He has developed a large real estate practice working with local, regional and national banks and other financial institutions. Pat represents financial institutions, owners, investors, developers, homebuilders, non-profit organizations and other real estate professionals and entrepreneurs in all varieties of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He handles property tax appeals and property management matters for several of his clients.
Pat also provides estate planning services to his clients with the goal of protecting and transitioning their wealth to the next generation through proper planning techniques, business succession planning, trust protection and beyond.
Pat prides himself on having a practical approach to complex legal issues while at the same time understanding that his clients want a thorough, yet cost effective, solution to their legal issues.
Pat and his wife Sarah have three boys and live in Anderson Township. Pat enjoys coaching his sons' youth basketball teams. Active in his community, Pat serves on the Anderson Chamber Economic Development Committee.
